Reformer Prenatal Pilates is a safe and gentle exercise, suitable for the changing bodies of expectant mums. The workout will be conducted on the reformer machine, which will strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles while keeping your body comfortably supported. We also focus on increasing upper body strength in order to prepare for supporting a newborn. 

🤱 Requirements: Participants need to be at least 13 weeks into their pregnancy and must obtain a doctor's clearance.
