Learn the foundations of Reformer and Chair Pilates in this class as we workout your core and get you strong. Train your full body muscle control, balance, coordination in this beginner-friendly class. You will also get to know the operability of the reformer equipment.

Please attend a minimum of 5 reformer basics classes before joining reformer intermediate.
